HELP anything I can buy OTC to reduce bloating/water retention

OK I know I should have picked up some liquidex or arimidex prior but I wasn't concerned about bloat well it has gotten real bad and it sucks is there anything I can buy over the counter or somewhere?

Maybe you could try dandelion root. It's a diuretic. However, I'm not sure this would help too much, and only be temporary.

Your best bet would be to find some liquidex or liquidletro and go from there.

I agree 100%...I use femara...but be careful on the dosage...it caused me to lose my libido when I did .75mg/ed...I cut way back to twice a week at .75 and it is working nicely...mixed in some proviron also...

Getting some would be a good idea but I hear you on the $$ side. I've tried NWB a few times and found it to be pretty good, especially for the first few days and then cycling it after that. >JMO

A cheap way to shed some water is drink alot of water and cut way back on your sodium.
