Help in using CLOMID after dbol....

I am taking 40mg of dbol everyday, and will continue it for 6 weeks...please tell me how will i use clomid as post cycle??? what amount should i take and at what intervals fro how many days????

in 2x 5omgs lots.
one with breakfast the next with lunch.
