Help needed for Low T and drastically reduced sexual performance

Hi fellas,

I'm 32, 5ft 10 and 170lbs. Had BW done 8mths back but never got the results. All the Dr said was my tests were low, in the range of 230-ish. Didn't get a chance for treatment as I was leaving the country. Now I'm in Perth Australia and was wondering if any of you guys might have a good Dr to recommend here. I'm kinda at wits end for a desperate solution because, just this week the missus-to-be visited me and sexual performance was terribly degraded. In the sense that I almost never got stiff, and when I did, it was for an ridiculously short period. She's gonna be back in 3 weeks (that's when i'm gonna propose, and obviously I've gotta make her feel great the night before, especially after the bad experience) and I want a temp solution till she arrives, while I work on a long term solution.

I drink excessively, which I believe might be the problem. I smoke, but have a decent diet, and I exercise moderately. Obviously I've stopped drinking, and working on reducing the smoking.

So, assuming the Low T was the problem, I was thinking of embarking on the HCGenerate route with an Aromatase inhibitor (AI) (I was hoping for a recommendation for this). I know you guys can't advise much cause I don't have my BW figures here. But after extensive and desperate researching, I believe I can almost certainly conclude that the Low T (resultant of aging or drinking) causes the moodiness, lack of drive, poor sexual endurance and performance etc. And that HCGen and Aromatase inhibitor (AI) might provide a temp solution. Even if it's not the right remedy for my "undiagnosed" condition, it would fix my sexual problems eh?

So, I hope that one of you could help with godsend info and advice that would help me out. It feels like my relationship might be hanging on a thread if this doesn't work out. Thanks in advance for any help that you can provide.

you should see a doctor and begin a supervised treatment plan , i imagine a few days on some gels would get you in order, shots are good either way you need to increase t levels and use that as motivation to make some lifestyle changes

I'm still searching for a Dr over here in Perth but can't seem to find a decent one, gonna call up some compound pharmacies tmr for references. Not sure how long the BW till the prescriptions will take. Also, gels would take 2-3 weeks to help me reach my peak levels...that's why I was hoping for a "quick fix" kinda solution.

gels will get you in order in a day or two , some testim will get you working for the lady friend real soon . 2 tubes a day on the shoulders and biceps

Thanks bhree, but it seems like testim requires a prescription. Not sure how long's it gonna take to get BW done here in Perth n follow up before getting that prescription, which may not be in time before the lady arrives, hah. Any chance that OTC supps might work?

Mike - here's some life advice - not TRT advice.

Your 'lady friend' will choose to marry you for what happens outside of the bedroom. What happens inside of the bedroom is important but is basically a 'bonus'. Your level of anxiety and concern over the situation is only going to lead to decreased performance. She's not as entirely concerned about the sex as you are - I guarantee it. So take a deep breath, calm down, and take the steps you're taking to fix things.

Start by cleaning up your diet. Kick processed foods, excess fat, etc. Get a full 8-10 hours of sleep daily. Stop smoking. Stop drinking.

If you should get the testim gel before she comes, it won't take weeks before you feel a difference in libido - at least from my personal experience. Libido was the first thing to rebound. Energy levels, muscle mass, etc, take a bit longer to come back but the first 2 weeks of testim were the most dramatic changes in mood and sex drive for myself. Its like waking a sleeping giant.

Aside from prescriptions, you're not going to have an easy fix. If you get viagra or Cialis, that would be a temporary solution to the ED. A permanent solution would be the lifestyle changes I mentioned above - diet, sleep, smoking, drinking.

Hey buddy, thanks a lot for the reply. It makes sense and it's definitely the desperation to get this sorted out asap that probably clouded my awareness of all these basic health/lifestyle requirements.

It's difficult to get much sleep in my profession but I'm definitely working on changing my habits, quitting alcohol and ciggs, and intensifying my workouts. Gonna be hard, and I hope it works in changing these symptoms that I'm experiencing.

Doubt it'll be easy to get any solution or treatment cause apparently medical rules here in Perth, Australia are stricter, or my GP just doesn't know anything about Low T. And he offers no solution if my BW returns with a T level that's low, but still within acceptable range. It's just frustrating when you can't find the right specialist...

Anyway, thanks again for the advice! Hope it all works out well
