So I figured some of you who are more experienced with contest prep, etc. could help me out here. I am doing a fitness photo shoot in 5 days and have no clue how I should prep. I know 5 days is like no time but this just kind of came out of nowhere so I'm just going to make the best of it.
I am currently doing a clean bulk and my bf is about 7% so just getting really dry would probably help me a lot. Any advice would be greatly appreciated!
