Hi Guys

Im running 100mg test p eod with my TRT (1ml 250 test e e10days)

On my TRT my estro sits 25 pmol with no need for an AI, but i introduced one on the higher T cycle of 6.5mg ed Aromisin.

Im a week in and near the end of my cut, no gyno signs but feeling a bit 'wattery' and labido is a bit low.

Would that be a good enough case to increase to 12.5mg ED?

I dont want to crush my estro and then have the trouble of getting estro back considering aromisin is suicidal.

Also i cant have blood test to check, In UK and all blood tests get referred to doc.

Hard to guess what to do with your AI dosage without knowing what your E2 is at. No point in guessing when getting blood work is a phone calk away.

By the way, you should check estradiol. Not estrogen (or estro as you call it).

Thanks yeh I knew that, I'll check out prices.

I think it might be a bit high, tired moody and feeling a bit watery so guess I could increase?

Also what total dose would u say? 570 means I can keep trt twice weekly else I'll have to go once weekly and total 520 test, what you recomend?

Thanks.

If you change your AI dosage prior to getting blood work, then you won't be able to determine if you were taking the right dosage or not (unless E2 still comes in high).

If you get a good or low E2 level result, will it be because you adjusted the dosage? That is the quandry you will be in.

I know from your posts that you kind of get OCDish and like to tinker, but this is a time when you need to let logic prevail over emotional decision making. Surely you can wait until after you get blood work to change your dosage. You could get blood work run probably tomorrow or the next day.

Thanks, you right haha

I'll stick to dose, I'm in London Tuesday so I will try and find a clinic that will do a walk in service and not tell my doc haha!
