So I would like to be able to say that I am officially starting my diet today, I have been talking about it for a while and trying to figure everything out.
Well, I wake up at about 7:30 this morning, get a glass of water, take my vitamins, fish oil pills, and my ECA stack, put some clothes on, stretch and go for a nice, long, jog/run. I was switching up my speed and tempo throughout the duration of the run.
I felt great, I felt that I had good rhythm and energy during my run (assuming from the ECA) and when I finally got done I stopped and felt like I was going to throw up, but that only lasted about 30 seconds then I was fine.
Oh and for the record, I felt like I sweat 5x more than I normally do, but it felt good.
I went inside, stretched, took a shit, and then went upstairs to make some food.
1 cup of egg whites, and a 1/2 cup of Quaker Quick Oats. I sat down to eat, and couldn't do it. I couldn't stomach the food, I don't know if it is the ECA or what but I wanted to gag everytime I tried to take down a bite.
I ate the same thing yesterday for breakfast just fine, didn't have a problem with it at all. I am fairly new with eating the quick oats and the egg whites but I have loved eggs my entire life and the oatmeal doesn't bother me normally.
Is it the ECA that making my body not want to eat? What should I do to spice up my food without destroying the healthy part.
I was thinking about getting some sugar free ketchup for the egg whites and some splenda and sugar free jam for the oats, but I don't know if I'll be able to stomach it every morning, what are some other alternatives for breakfast?
I ate as much as I could, but didn't even come close to finishing it, I knew I had to get something in my body so I took a scoop of Whey and I got down a good amount of the oats. Im going to probably eat some chicken and a carb in about an hour to get some good food in me, but I need some help with this breakfast.
Oh and I know I am new here and I feel like people don't take me very seriously yet, but I have been reading up on this forum for months now learning as much as possible, I am serious about this diet and will try to keep people updated as much as possible. All the help is very appreciated though.
