help with PCT

How should I run my post cycle therapy (pct) after a cycle of dbol+deca?

I'd prefer to run only Nolvadex, but I can throw Clomid in if it's really necessary, but I'd really like to stick with the Nolva.

day 1: 120mg
day 2-11: 40mg
day 12:-22: 20mg

wait 3 weeks after your last injection to start either one , clomid is 300 mg day 1 ,100 mg the next 10 days and 50 mg the last 10 days , as for nolvadex ive never tried it for post cycle therapy (pct)

the suggestion i got for nolva, which im doing starting tommorow is 40mg for 11 days and 20mg for 10 days...
