Hey guys, I just wanted a little help trying to look best for some pics. I'm the leanest I've even been (not saying much) and I just wanted to document it till I try to top it next year. I'm not going to compete, I'm nowhere near that lean. This was my first cutter, a simple 8 week prop/tren cycle with a small t3 pyramid. I'd like to take the pics in two weeks, when I'll just be finishing up the t3 (I'll be at 12.5mcg then) and the prop/tren. I know I should go off all the gear before I take the pics, but that won't be possible (going on a cruise soon as the cycle and school ends). So I was just going to double my letro dose for a week before. I've trimmed most of my body hair very short, and I'm trying to get a tan, but the weather isn't cooperating so I got some sunnless tanner (neutrogena, my gf picked it out b/c I had no idea). I was going to try and carb deplete and load (would it be a pointless b/c I'm not really lean?), but I'll take some pics before I try that in case I fuck it up. But this is where I need the help, this is what I remember from the few articles on the subject I read a long time ago:
1) carb deplete for a few days and do some high rep/high volume work
2)drink lots of water and keep salt intake high while depleting
then
3) carb back up for a day (or more??) while keeping water intake limited and salt very low
4) supplement with some pottasium while carbing up
5) take the pics the next morning, maybe try to put some oil on and pump up weak body parts
I'd appreciate some suggestions especially if I am completly off. On a similar note maybe a few experienced competitors should write a "Peaking for Dummies" post and make it a sticky so people don't have to keep explaining it to people like me. Thanks
