is ur gym next door to you house?? whats the amount of time it takes you to get from your house to your gym?

are u saying u cant have a meal ready in the morning? or that u just dont feel u can wait an hr?

i have about a half hour to the gym. i drink a shake with peanut butter and oats.i found this shake recipe on this site.

switch that shake up with liquid egg whites... that'd be better...

i'd say your near hijacking this thread.. but the question was open ended.. so your good to go...

yea.. pasturized liquid egg whites.. not raw ones...

id take that over a shake anyday

yea like egg beaters... 50g worth.. look at the nutrition facts..

usually the smaller bottle is anywhere from 46-50g protien.. so one small bottle..

Most diets I've seen have carbs at only 3 meals of the day (1st, pw shake & pwm) but if you eat them pre workout thats 4 meals with carbs. I always get complex carbs before I train when I'm bulking but is it the same when you're dcutting?

why can't they be raw eggs? And what about while you're cutting.. should you avoid the carbs pre workout all together?

u still need some carbs when u're cutting esp. after u're workout. As far as the egg thing goes I'll prob. catch some shit for this but they could be raw. Reason they say not too is because u could get samonila from raw eggs. I read yrs ago from a medical doctor that there is about a 0.003% chance of getting samonila from raw eggs. I can get his name and shit if u'd like , just been so long ago I'd have to go back and look it up. I've been training for many yrs and have put 2-4raw eggs in my shakes everytime and have yet to have any problems from it.

I mix 1 scoop elite whey protein, 8 to 10 oz of water, 2 teaspoons of peanut butter, teaspoon of glutamin, and 5 grams of bcaa powder and i add in about 2 teaspoons of sugar to help get everything into my bloodstream. All this 15 minutes before i hit the gym and while im at the gym i do 5 minutes of light cardio to "prime" the shake a lil better. any opinions towards my style of a preworkout? i would like to hear
