help with proper diet

Hello guys!

I've been reading and asking about proper diet and still not getting fat at all.

Yeah, I have a very high metabolism.

Any help?

I think a little on the lower belly, but besides that, I got none.

I've been eating a lot and I mean a lot. Every meal I include milk and protein food. I like to eat eggs, fruits, veggies, pork, meat, poultry, fish but definitely no junk foods and softdrinks. I replace my sweet urge with ice teas.

My goal is to be a 150 pounder. I don't mind belly fats since I could work it out and it shrunks back really easy.

im in the same shoes as you but not as bad. just make sure your getting ~200 grams of protein/day. dont be shy about eating junk food. just go crazy. eat even when your not hungry. always be snacking on something.

i know its easier to type then to do. i have tried and the only result i got was a lighter wallet.
 
hehe! Me too. But I'm raelly not into junk foods, Wesley. I do like to snack on peanuts, ice tea, and bananas. So, keep eating will help. :)

That I don't know.

I usually eat carbs during breakfat, lunch and dinner.
Calories would be from corn(same as carbs)
Protein would be from nuts and amino acid 6000(same as carb intake)

Bro, you need to figure out what you're actually eating.

Go to fitday.com. It's an online diet journal, and you can sign up for your free account. Input your food intake in there for a week and come back and give us the public address of your journal (just read when you create your account to figure out how to do this).

This way we can actually assess your diet, cause no offense, bro, you gave no useful info to assess your diet.

And I really hope you're not getting your protein from nuts.
 
There is a lot of great info on here. Do a search for "meal" or "gain meal" etc. You will find very detailed writeups on big guys eating habits. You need to get comprotable eating dry chicken breast, tuna out of the can, steak with no fatty sauces, etc. Frosty is right. Eat animals not nuts. Nuts are just good for a snack. You should eat at least 3-4 real meals a day and then 2 protien shakes as well. Get 200+ grams of protien and you WILL grow. I on the other hand need as close to 400 grams so your lucky:)
