hey, need some help....

Not Juice..Protein Shakes
wuts up fellas. most of you know im bulking right now but i need some advice...

in my diet, im getting in around 280g of protein, and 4800 calories. i need to get in 350grams of protein and i am running out of food. so help me out here.

here is the current diet...

meal 1 - 2 eggs, cereal, protein shake w/olive oil

meal 2 - mcDonalds/ 2 double cheeseburgers or 1 double and chicken nugs

meal 3 - 1 fat tuna sandwich

meal 4 - 1 fat salami sandwhich, protein shake w/olive oil

meal 5 - dinner/ could be sausages or chicken or any other high protein mother cooked meal

meal 6 - 2 fat PB+J sandwhiches

meal 7 - protein shake w/olive oil

and throughout the day i drink a half a gallon of milk.......so basically i need about 70 more grams of protein.

any ideas??

Take in 60 grams of protein per feeding. There's your 350 grams.


im kind of on a tight budget and its hard to eat that much when your spending is limited. but ill do what i can.

i weigh 180.

i get the dollar menu mcdonalds becuase its cheap and a quick source of protein and calories....lol, ill eat anything to bulk.

Do alot of you guys hit up the fast food joints while bulking? I have read of many hardgainers\ectomorphs hitting up fast food joints in order to bulk wendy's\pizza etc..
