hi any tip on dietin apreciate ie supliments an an meals thank you

im 20 stone and am training 5 day out the 7 has any one got any tips on dieting i jus cant seem to shake me love handles off dont look bad for my size but jus could do with some freindly advice any is apreciated thanks

not sure on bmi

my daily food routine of last 2 week
2 ham salad cobs afte ive been to the gym then about 6 chicken rice an a bit of gravy
an a apple when feelin hungry

i go to the gym mon tue wed thu fri each day i do from 1 an half hours to 2 hours in a my useual work out i train one body part for then the rest on cardio
 
to be fair yeh im eatin twice a day some times have a protein shake after the gym not all time though and me cardio is about i do 20 mins on the steppa, 20 mins on the rowin machine, 20 minutes fast walk on runin machine.
 
im in class right now, ill be back tnite to finish this up.. by the time im done with u ull be eating 6 times a day and doing 45 min cardio daily.. we've got some work to do
 
2700 calorie diet, rougly

250g protien
150g carbs
120g fats..

thosse are the macros your looking for.. have you read through my free diet advice thread yet???

if not read through, watch the videos...

then post up a diet with macros for critique..

what kinda workout split are you looking to do???

can u do cardio in the morning before u eat anything?

yea bud your workout split.. ie this is my workout split
mon- chest
tues-back
wed-shoulders
thur-arms
fri-legs
thats a five day split

and ive read your thread like 10 times startin to under stand it more every time i read it lol

macros=pro/cal/carb/fat of every meal
 
rite then jamjam ive studied your thread combined it with what yum telling me and ive got it Sustanon (sust) ive rit all the the good proteins down an good fat an carbs rit what they all equal an stuff nearly ready to go jus gotta work me diet out now jus 2 questions were do fruit and veg come in to it an what category do they fall under ie carbs protein or do i jus knockum them on the head for now and have i got to work 6 meals out within the 2700 calories your helps bee much apreciated matey yam a star

veggies are good for you... eat away.. fruits only at certain times... predicated on goals...

ur body needs rest... rest on the weekends.. u could even go 3 days on and 1 off
