high call foods

hi guys just wondering if a few of the diet gurus could shed a little light on some high cal foods...

just anything i can chuck in my bag to take to work to eat during the day as i am bulking atm and i need more cals for sure
 
Nuts, pre made protein shakes with oatmeal in it(just add water), protein bars. That's all I can think of. But nuts are your best bet so far.

i agree that milk is great for bulking. but im always worried about extra calcium and it turning into kidney stones later on.

should'nt this be a problem?

eggs, milk, lots of meat, cottage cheese, nuts, natural peanut butter Should be eating almost non stop. Don't leave out the leafy green vegis. Good 4 digestion. Carbs- whole wheat/multigrain bread, pasta, potatoes, brown rice, stuff like that. Just eat tons of quality foods. I notice eggs, milk, and pb help me out the most(think its cuz they're so easy to make and so cheap that I just eat so much of them) :D
 
Shakes are great to keep in the fridge if your low on time to eat. When im bulking it takes a while for me to put down such large amounts of food. Dont think ur boss would be to happy with you taking 20min to eat every 2.5 hours :)

exaclty...when i get a real job...how the fcuk am i gonna bulk up properly? :startrek:
