eggs, milk, lots of meat, cottage cheese, nuts, natural peanut butter Should be eating almost non stop. Don't leave out the leafy green vegis. Good 4 digestion. Carbs- whole wheat/multigrain bread, pasta, potatoes, brown rice, stuff like that. Just eat tons of quality foods. I notice eggs, milk, and pb help me out the most(think its cuz they're so easy to make and so cheap that I just eat so much of them)
Shakes are great to keep in the fridge if your low on time to eat. When im bulking it takes a while for me to put down such large amounts of food. Dont think ur boss would be to happy with you taking 20min to eat every 2.5 hours
