Highest calorie

What is your highest calorie food that you eat when bulking that is also low in fat and high in protein. All the food choices I have don't have near enough calories in them without adding too much fat. I am going to clean bulk for 10 more weeks before summer and my food choices are, oatmeal,flaxseed oil,pasta salad with extra virgin olive oil, cottage cheese,optimum nutrition whey protein shake, lean ground beef burritos, refried beans, skim milk. None of these goes above 400 calories and I don't want to spend a fortune eating chicken. Also what do those of you that clean bulk do for food percentages? I am going to do 40/40/20 but I am wondering if I should go lower on the fat to prevent as much fat gain as possible.

But when you bulk you will gain some fat its inevitable, that said I would try to concentrate more on limiting your carbs esp near bed time and really late in the day, fats as long as there good fats (peanut butter, nuts, olive oil, flax, fats from fish, etc... are fine. fat sources are high in calories 9cals per gram. Ide also stay away from fats if your planning on eating a big carb meal. thats why maybe the burittos wouldnt be a great option, but i dont know whats in them so i cant really say.

egg whites are cheap protein source. nuts arent too expensive
