the hydrostatic weighing: more than likely your gym doesn't do that (but there are other places that you can get that done- well i assume in canada you can) The best 100% way to tell is this x-ray thing that they can do (almost like a catscan) Someone else here probalby knows exactly what it is called but it is expensive. The bioelectrical impedince machine or calipers (if a reliable trained invidiudal doing it) are the cheapest, most available way (unless you take string_bean00's opinion and post your pics- they would really be able to give you an estimate within a few %) Not to mention the BEI machine is a 3% error either way depending on hydration and as I said, the calipers are as accurate as the person doing the pinching.
