How does my reverse diet on cycle look?

So guys i have been cutting 8 weeks and 2 weeks of that has been my current cycle of test prop 100mg eod + anavar 80mg + my TRT dose of 160mg/week test eth. So roughly 550mg test per week.

Im sitting now at 8-10% bodyfat and have maintained lifts, energy is down tho!

Last week of cutting macros - 1850 calories (150 carbs, 220pro, 35 fat)

Im planning to refeed sunday, then up the calories from there to hopefully make use out of this blast cycle and put on some lean mass without gaining bf.

My plan is, as im slightly carb senstive to keep my carb meals pre/post workout and gain most of my extra calories from protein and extra carbs...

Im thinking start on 2500 calories and increase from there?
Macros
300 pro
230 carb
34 fat.

Im thinking the extra protein should aid in building some muscle, and the extra carbs for energy/fuel etc.

Ill up calls 100 a week from there on for the remaining 8 weeks untill around 3000 calories?

Am i being too cautious? dont want to undo all this hard work from cutting!! thanks
 
Why are your fats so low?

You could try bodyweight X2 protein, 20% fat, and remainder of call towards carbs. Maybe someone like 3J will chime in.

I tend to get lower fats while calorie restricted as i prefer protein rich foods for satiety and fats often dont contain much volume for their calorie density.

Protein is unusually high due to trying to recomp and make the most of high T
