If it's anything like there Testopro L/A which in Anabolics came back test at 133mg/ml instead of the listed 250/ml, I would say no. But me personally would never use Loeffler.

Look at the label, this stuff is made for dogs and cats, which are small, not horses and cattle, with no other knowledge of this stuff that would definitely keep me from using it
By the way, I don't know of anyone that has ever considered using it,but post how it works for you
