bein trainin on an off for 5 -6 years,30 years old 5,11 170lbs train 3-4 days a week 1.5 hours in gym when training.diet pretty good but i have never bein into eating rubbish,300-400g protien each day not including my shakes plenty of good carbs an fats,steak,chicken,fish,eggs,potatoes,rice,broccali,carrotts i like veg.
I have used gear in the past my younger foolish days,humanovar-humanofort and sum prohormone shit like i said woz young and foolish didnt no wot i had or damage it could do luckly i think the dose i took woz low enough not ta f**k me.
this is what i hope to do:
dbol: 15mg ed 1 wk 20mg ed 2wk-4wk
primo: 300mg ew wk4-wk9
nolva&clomid each at 50-60mg 3wk's
that is a 12wk cycle what do you think every thin ok or should i change it up a bit.i'm lookin to put on about 15lbs keep 10lbs.
