How Long On TRT - For Life?

So ... The saying goes that there are no stupid questions only stupid people who ask questions ... This might be both all rolled into one!

You always here about being on testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) for life - does that mean until the day you die, until you accumulate enough health issues that it is no longer feasible or is there a specific age that people typically don't inject past?

It is for as long as you need testosterone.

Well it depends on the person. Maybe when I am old and gray and not getting laid, I will not care about injecting my frail old body with testosterone. However, as long as I keep feeling good and and have a great health, I plan to be on testosterone replacement therapy (TRT). Generally it is for life figuratively speaking.

I think your question may be getting at do you ever decide to start bringing down the dosages? Perhaps there comes a point where you don't want to be at the top of the normal range and perhaps running around 500-600 for example may be advisable? Is that what you are getting at?
