hey guys how many cals do you think i should eat per day?
i just wanna to to if im eatting right...
also how many carb' pro' fat...
do you think vitimains are needed??

so im 20
220lb
5'9 fit

i wanna bulk without gaining any fat mass....
4-5 workout a week
BMR is 2200 cals
 
Worry more about macro breakdown pro/carb/fat

Start with 1.5-2g protein per body weight.

I'd personally look at 400+g pro 300-350g or so carbs and 100+g fats (good fats)

Also a multi never hurts
