How many donut shops do you need in a 2 mile radius?

Well I counted four, what the fuck seriously. They just built one about three blocks from another one in my town. It makes me sick. I feel bad for the fat people that really have a thyroid problem or just can't lose weight due to REAL health problems.

But the people that eat half a box of donuts for breakfast and are looking for sympathy aren't going to get it from me. Dudes and chicks eating themselves to death, and wondering why nobody wants to fuck them.

I am ranting alot more, this test is fucking good.

I totaly agree. I work in a health realated field and a store in particular that carries products. (wont disclose for obvious reasons)

anyway.. I have fat people that come in almost daily buying products sayin "i need to lose weight" .. then i ask them what their diet consists of and its nohting but shitttt!!!

i got one dude who uses my scale almost every day and doesnt buy anything. He is so fuckin fat. He asked me if the scale was off... I told him that he should just go to walmart and buy three scales.. step on all three and divide to get the average. I told him ours is for paying customers only .. hes disgusting

people come into my place of work who are fat, smell,smoke, just plain and simply nasty..

they buy supplements to "better" themselves yet they eat like shit and live un healthy lifestyles.. other then adding vitamins and "acai berry" to help them lose weight.. (so they think)

come to philadelphia for like an eagles game or something and youll know what im talkin about when it comes to obesity...

I know man, i guess it makes them feel good that at least they are somewhat comitted. There's also a couple middle aged out of shape women that come in to just bullshit and read fitness mags.

At least i dont have to worry about waiting for them to get off a machine. lol

yea im at two gyms.. one is strictly juice heads and the other is "family" oriented with new cardio and shit

I'm at a 24 hour Gym, i'm there pretty late so i get to see all the freaks and shit. Literally, one night this couple came in, they both looked high as fuck. the dude did some small lifts and whent into the bathroom. he was in there for like 20 mins, i guess he passed out, his girl had to go in there and drag his ass out to there car. My buds and I laughed our asses off. I haven't seen em since. lol

it depresses me that our friends, neighbors, fellow americans do this shit to themselves ... it makes the rest of us look like fat slob assholes to the whole world. i wish that there were healthy fast food joints. i would love to grab a egg white breakfast taco on corn or wheat tortilla, and a cup of bad ass oats with fresh fruit. i think the fucked diets americans have plays a part in alot more than obesity, i bet depression and many many other health issues can be caused in some way by poor diet. and i mean health issues that arent usually linked to diet......

fat people at the gym working out hard showing improvement is cool to me. there was this huge spandex wearing cow at my old gym, she went to this gym for the 10 plus years i was there and never lost a single pound. i always wondered why, until i saw her at a local mexican food joint. i watched the cow eat more food than two regular humans, all really terrible shit too. they have healthy options too. i didnt feel sorry for her after that
