I personally get tired of the same foods and I need change so Im always trying to change my eating which in fact disrupts my eating overall.

Make a diverse diet and it will be easier and more enjoyable to have a strict diet. A strict diet does not necessarily mean a boring diet. Get creative, learn to cook or find a someone who will cook for you. You can eat very lean and still have a great diet--many ethnic foods are very healthy.--Check out some of the recipes on this forum most are very wholesome.

In all honesty I use to - with planned meals of not so quality.

However as of late (IE: last 6 months) i haven't had one healthy meal. Its sad i know, but with a broken hand i'm playing the pitty party.

i stick to a strict eating schedual when cutting..but for bulkin i love taco bell and subway and quizzno's...pretty much everything in sight is a meal..and there is no real schedual beside getting enogh protien in me...

i eat strictly every 2 and a half hours clean whether bulking or cutting. Just the amounts change. Once and a while i will eat something thats not on the diet but usually not something outlandish like burger king. Even if i do go out for a few drinks when everyone goes to the diner after i get egg whites and whole wheat toast lol.

I'll only eat clean if I want to lose wieght. I find it difficult to eat enough food cleanly to keep wieght on. Plus I love to eat.

i'm extremely surprised that not a lot of guys here follow an eating routine! I woulda thought with all the training and gear that everyone was pretty strict.
