How many times a day do you think u should poop?

well, watcha think? lm guessing that if your shitting too much in a day ur body isnt absorbing what your putting it?
 
1-2 times would be fine. Thank god for digestive enzymes and veggies. My digestion is all mess up otherwise.
 
I think one to two times per day is good. Maybe 3. Too much is not a good sign. I've heard Ronnie Coleman goes no less than 5 times per day.
 
everytime I drink a protein shake its like 10-20mins later im shitting it out, lol.

i usually have to shit after every meal for some reason.... maybe my body is broke or something.

It stands to reason that the bigger you are, the more food you are consuming, and the more you will be shitting.
 
Sometimes I'll have to shit several times a day, others maybe once or twice. I think alot of it has to do with how much fiber your getting thru the day, since I've added more oats and brown rice to my diet it seems I go less.
 
My system is all fucked up, noone wants to work around me at work cause im always letting out motorboat farts and they contaminate the air for for a city block!! and im on the shitter uncontolably many tiomes a day. it sprays out with such explosive force i nearly eject from the toilett seat. Sucks, but its worth it cause im HUGE :toilet: :toilet: :toilet: :toilet: :toilet: :toilet:
 
Funny subject but true as I crap 2-3 times a day and piss ever 2-3 hrs!!
I have :

1protein shake
2-3hicken breasts
1 steakburger
8 eggwhites
1 cup cottage cheese.....Embarrassing when visitors stay for the weekend!
I drink 15-20 cups of water a day on top of that.
 
Depends on the amount of carbs you're taking in. Reduce the carbs to a range below 20 and you'll crap maybe 1 every other day..........you take in 600 a day then you'll be going a couple of times a day. Protein doesn't make good poo.
 
it depends on what cycle your on. if your bulkin 2 times is good cause that means your absorbing all the nurtrients you should. if your cutting, you want your body to pull out what it needs and then just pass it through without usig the extra calories. so 4-5 times when cutting is real realy good but most cannot attain that. it ll has to do how you influence your bod. if your bod know it'll always have food, it will pass shit out more. if you eat big, it thinks you going to be going lnger without another meal so it stores it. simple as that
