how much protein do you consume everyday?

I keep it the same for bulking or cutting, 1.5 g/lbm/day, just change up the carb intake to differentiate between the two.

You could probably get by with less protein in a maintenance mode.
I take in 1-1/2 grams per body pound of protein regardless of whether i'm cutting or not. I do adjust my carbohydrate intake though.

My goal has alwasy been 400gr...but honestly I just try to take in as much as possible...I have 3: 50-55gr protein shakes a day + what ever solid foods I eat...
