Anybody knows if there is anywhere in the net that I can find out the stats for different kind of food. For example, how much protein and fat in an egg, chicken breast, etc. That will very very helpful if anyone wants to plan for their meals and diet.
approx 6 grams of protien but it dpends on the egg. When you go to the store go to the eggs and look at the hormone free cage free roaming ones. Inside the package they usually have the nutriion facts.
i read a post once that stated that white eggs contained half the protein found in red eggs. can anyone verify this as i have not found anything to corroborate this statement and would like to know. i eat mostly red eggs ever since, just in case. they taste alot better anyways.
