this depends on ALOT of things and varies from persion to person.
from you own physical makeup to horomons/ arre youi using steroids, what you ae before, is it with solid food, is this post workout. are your fasting most of day. and so on.
id say stick with 50-60g every 2-3 hrs.
i have usually about 3x 70g shakes ed sometimes a bit more. pluse what i eat (probibly another 100 or so grams of protein depending)
