HOw Much red meat?

You should be more worried about getting enough carbs, protein, and fat rather than just red meat alone.
 
Excessive arachodonic acid and saturated fats are SOME valid reasons to avoid red meat but this as well as healthy lipid profiles CAN be compensated/corrected with ample use of EFA's.

The perils of red meat have been over-exagerrated for a long time! I eat red meat every day and supp with EFA's (fish oil/Udo's/flax) and I have the lipid profile of a VEGAN.
