How much T3??.............

I am going to be starting keto/clen/t3 on Wednesday, even tho both clen and keto carry anti catabolic properties does this mean I don't need to regulate my t3 in reguards to worrying about catabolism? In the past I have ran t3 at 100mcg per day, is this a bit much or will it not matter?
 
Read thermo section before, male, no test I'm in between cycles, 230lbs at 11-12% bf, looking to go down to 215 at 6% before next cycle which will be sus and mast

So now that you read that section, you understand that you should not use T3 when not also using exogenous Testosterone, right? It is catabolic.

Yes I understand that, the last time I used t3 I used it by its self and lost 20lbs in one month, I was very happy with my results tho, I maintained my strength while reducing my body fat down to 6% I did lose some muscle but that is nothing a 12 week cycle can't fix

Let's see bro, myself running at the tops 50mcg ed along side my test at 300mg/week, tren 700mg/week
Seems to keep the thyroid in check as tren seems to lower your thyroid production
On a current cut as well on week 10, got 6 to 7 weeks left on this cut but we will see I.am still carb cycling at 3000 cals and still loosing bodyfat as we speak, today I hit the scale and sitting roughly at 219lbs.and started my cut off slowly at 232lbs

I think your source is selling you bunk gear.

I would lower the T3 a little... I've tried going over 100mcg and hit a catabolic state... "hard!"

This was awhile ago but... the effect was slow and subtle.

I started to loose the amount I could lift, and didn't realize it was the effect of T3 because of how it
crept up on me... now I will only run it at 75-80mcg.

I would rec just the Clen and Keto if not on aas. and for t3 i never go over 75mcg and honestly dont use it anymore. if you use it i would use t3 with aas.
