I have been doing a lot of reading and talked to a few people who run hgh and I just want to know what the best way to run it for leaning out. This is my 1st time and I was advised by the guy I got it from to run 4iu a day 5days on 2 days off for two weeks then bump it up to 5iu a day still running 5 days on 2 days off for the remainder of my cycle. Is it necessary to come off to not ruin your natural growth level or is it fine to run it 7 days a week?
