How to cycle Nolvadex (Tamoxifen) to get rid of gynecomastia?

My endocrinologist prescribed me Tamoxifen 20mg once a day for 90 days. Whats the best way to take this to get rid of gynecomastia that has been there for 2-3 years? Any recommendations?

What are the side effects of taking the substance?

any reason why you dont want to take his prescribed dosages? Side effects may include menopausal symptoms like hot flashes, vaginal dryness, low libido, mood swings, and nausea to name a few.

Was just seeing if there was a preferred was to cycle it to gear towards getting rid of gynecomastia?

Maybe juiced porkchop will chime in, I've seen him discuss this before but I'm having trouble finding the thread. I'm pretty sure you're supposed to taper down as you come off too.
