How to eat heart-healthy? And which fats are good for you?

I am confused, seems like every week they change what a heart-healthy diet looks like, which fats are good, etc. I am at great genetic risk for a heart attack, so I try to eat heart-healthy. Can someone please educate me on the current scientific thinking on how to do this? Also, which fats and cholesterols are currently thought to be good for you?

avocados are good, olive oil is good, flax seeds and flax seed oil are both good. any fish oil is good, lecithin is very good. coconut oil is bad. just about any seed is good with the exception of the alfalfa seed as it produces a deadly protein molecule during the seed and sprout stages, almonds are good, pecans are good, walnuts... just about all nuts are good for you (with the exception of dese nutz). thats all i can think of off the top of my head.
