HRT and ancillaries

I am considering Hormone Replacement Therapy (HRT) and am wondering how many on Hormone Replacement Therapy (HRT) are also using any ancillaries like Human Chorionic Gonadotropin (HCG) or ????

IF it is just to start you natural test then i dont see a reason to use it.
