HRT Perscription

I'll make a long story short...

There's a guy who was on HRT from his primary care physician, and that said doctor had his patient on Androgel. The patient didn't like the gel, and went through an HRT clinic to meet his needs.

The patient still has a few refills of the Androgel script left to fill at the pharmacy. Is it legal to do so, even though he's getting testosterone from another doctor?

You'll be fine, Im sure there is some provision that you shouldnt but they are not going to get into it, especially if its androgel and a different name testosterone.
If were oxcontin one script, vicodin on another and oxycodone on a 3rd and so on, maybe if it went on long enough, there might be a problem.
I am not aware of any crosstracking of scripts in my area, heard talk of it but not yet

Depends on the state/municipality but it could possibly fall under the guidelines of "doctor shopping" laws in some jurisdictions. That said do I think he'd get busted for it, most likely not but why risk it for craptastic androgel?

You are right as far as jurisdictions, but were talking the govt here.
they cant figure out who is an illegal immigrant or not, they cant connect the dots on who is a terrorist or not.
I doubt they could connect the dots on if his doctor said go ahead and take the androgel with the testosterone, see what happens.
Naw, its safe, its only narcotics they are up in arms about b/c they make it on the street, the day androgel makes it on the street and I see a newstory about it. I will have my neighbor Needtogetas give you a blowjob

You got that right! And since profiling makes too much sense and has therefore been deemed illegal, they will be too busy asking all the 135 lb, anorexic geeks, if they are runnin roids.

This happens all the time when people move and switch doctors.
