I love MILK !!

Great for bulking. I have been drinking a gallon of milk a day for 4 months now and the results are amazing.
 
I grew up on milk, but after removing it from my diet about a year ago I have become lactose intollerant. After re-introducing it into my diet its made me gassy :(
 
from what I know a lot of bb's are taking out of their diets due to the pasterization factor
 
like my governor said in Pumping Iron, "milk is for babies, when you grow up you drink beer"or something like that
 
Supposedly the price of milk is going up I hope not. I have been drinking a gallon a day for 6 months now--and I don't look like the same guy, I've put on a lot of weight.
 
how are the carbs rated on the GI index for milk? uhh, i just wanna know if the carbs in milk are good for you, and is it the same for lactose reduced milk? theres just another enzyme added (lactase).
 
I would assume that lactose reduced may have slightly lower carbs because of the reduced milk sugars, milk is great for bulking but when I am cutting I eliminate it to a very minimal consumption.

I was drinking like 3 gallons of milk last bulking cycle, I love the stuff I had a half gallon bottle everywhere i went and consumed about a gallon every 3 hours, milk is yummy, only problem I had was getting the right amount of water in and my dick felt weird from going to the toilet all those times.
 
Now that I got a lil time I thought id post a little more on the topic:

One bad thing about milk is it increases insulin sensitivity which prevents lyposis which in other words means its not exactly great in a diet but anything under 3 glasses a day is fine.

The thing I do when drinking a lot of milk is take plenty of calcium tabs, calcium tabs reduce insulin sensitivity which decreases lyposis which in turn means you could drink quite a big of milk without seeing much of an effect on your diet.

Milk is also great because of the fact it contains Niacin which is useful for turning food into energy, thats why you would feel stronger and more energetic on a few extra glasses of milk a day.

Milk is loaded with simple sugars. I don't drink it at all, regardless of cutting or bulking.

As far as calcium, broccoli is just as good a source as milk.
 
Lot's of people do not like milk. I have to admit I love it maybe too much. It does not give me gas like it does other people and it has helped a guy with a fast metabolism-(me) finally pack on some decent size.

Ohh god don’t remind me with the gas thing!! It makes my stomach turn to gas well! I love milk but milk doesn’t love me!!

By the way dose anyone know anything about something that can be taken to prevent that?
 
There is a digestive enzyme that can be had a your local pharmacy I am lucky to not need it so I do not know it's name but it does exist. It comes in a tablet and probably does not require a prescription.
