i missed a shot what should i do?!

hey people just looking for alittle support, im currently takuing deca300 and sustanon 250 500/300 weekly, shot days i do tue,thursday and saturday, anyways long story short i was unable to take my saturday shot until today but tomorrow is my tuesday shot... should i take my saturday shot today and continue tmr? or what?

I would just take a small dose 1/4 shot and then stay on your regular schedule.

I'd just wait til tomorrow but use 1.5x as much as you would normally, then get back on track Thursday. So if you normally inject 250mg/pin, shoot 375mg instead.

However you do it, its not a big deal. I went on vacation and missed two tren shots, one eq, and one test, absolutely nothing noticable changed. Just continue your normal schedule your fine.

Seriously, it's not that big of a difference, just realize that more isn't always better.
