Hey bros, i'm in the millitary and stationed overseas right now in korea. My problems is this, the whole millitary and setup around 3 meals a day, anyone that has been or is in the millitary knows the routine. I usually eat about the same thing everyday, here is my routine
0500 - wake up
0530 - take ECA stack
0600 - PT for an hour
0700 - done with PT
0730 - take shower
0800 - eat breakfast
- Ham and cheese omlet, 3 slices of bacon, 3 glasses of OJ
0900 - workcall
1030 - protein shake (2 scoops All the whey flavorless protein mixed with 1 scoop of muscle milk - about 65g protein)
1200 - eat lunch
-fried chicken breast (take off the fried skin and eat just the white meat, some maccori and cheese, a salad with etiher french or itailan dressing, and 2 glasses of juice or pink lemonade.
1300 - back to work
1530 - protein shake (same little blend)
1700 - dinner
usually the same as lunch except maybe a cheese burger if they dont have any chicken.
1800 - done with work
2000 - go work out
2100 - post work out shake (same blend)
2200 - 2300 bedtime![Smile :) :)](https://cdn.jsdelivr.net/joypixels/assets/8.0/png/unicode/64/1f642.png)
