No its not a problem since its only sometimes, but generally its not recommended to drink while taking medicine and specially not recommended if you are a serious bodybuilder.

I am no bodybuilder and have no desire to be. I am just an average bro into fitness and martial arts. I drink pretty moderately from friday till sunday. About 2 stiff drinks on those days. I will be going on vacation at the end of the month and will likely consume much more for 4 days straight however
