Hahaha, yeah it sounds grose, but...............

It takes me too long to swallow my plain chicken, turkey, and fish.

How can I make it taste good, but not add fat, or too many carbs to it?

I need ideas. PLEASE Help!!!

I wish I could fry my food, but thats too unhealthy....

Put water in the pan, and cook ur chicken and fish in it. Itll cook good and not stick to the pan. It also makes the foods moist and juicy. Add spices to the foods in the cooking process...makes a good treat

I do add water, it still tastes like shit. I add spices, but it gets boring fast.

I wish it could have a healthy crunchy batter on it or something....

I dont know.....

Hahaha, yeah, I do that too, but I hate it.

Healthy protein sucks.......lol.

ive tried the mustard and hot sauce...liked the hot sauce but the mustard ill have to pass....About the only thing i put in my tuna is sweet pickle relish.

I like olive oil and pepper on my tuna.

Do you have a Foreman grill? It does an excellent job on chicken. Stays nice and juicy.

grill the chicken, afterwards put some 1/8 inch slices of tomatoe on it, cut up toms and chicken together and eat them together, adds lots of juices, i sometimes lightly grill(real light) my toms too goes down easy this way

1 large can of tuna + sweetcorn + 1 TBSP olive oil + 2 tBSPS balsamic vinigar + pepper + finely chopped onion , tastes good and olive oil and vinigar moists the tuna :)

I bake all my chicken... While there baking i put on sundried tomato, lemon pepper, chili powder, salt, and pepper... I found this to be the best mix.
Then most of the time I put salsa on it before I eat them.

when i get sick of tuna i just put some balsamic vinegar in the can... it stay pretty dry but the NEW tuna taste will get you through at least 1 can a day
