Hey all,
I've been squatting here and reading and researching for the past few weeks. With info and knowledge gleaned from y'all I've started a process to shake 15-20 pounds. But here's the thing, it's not just fat that has to go. I'm a bigger guy competing in endurance sports - I know, wrong forum, but hear me out. Plain and simple, I'm too heavy to be all that competitive, it's just physics. I need to lose mass.
I'm about 6', 200lbs, 13-14% BF. Even I cut down to 10% that's only 9-10 lbs. it would help, but probably not enough. I've got mass in my shoulders I need to lose. Will T3 without any anabolic support do this? I need to keep my legs and ass for power - I know that any catabolic effect will carve muscle from everywhere, but that's the facts I face to change my body. The legs will come back with work.
Here's my plan. I'd love some tips and guidance. I'm very careful, starting low, building slowly. Diet is about 70%, I fuck up some days. Mostly when my GF feeds me.
I've started clen, on day 8, up to 100mcg. I've lost 2 lbs. My plan is to stay on the clen for two more weeks, with 1mg of keto daily for last week.
I'll take a break for a week and do ECA. Then back on clen with T3 and keto for another 3. After that I'll break again and then I've got some GW15 and ACIAR to give a go. Prob a month of GW but just 2 weeks of AICAR, cause that shit is $$$.
Hell, I don't even know if that stuff will work, but I'll try it. Again, carefully.
That's my plan. I guess my question is how much T3 to induce a catabolic effect? I'll crank my protein and work legs like mad to try to keep that.
Thanks for any tips or encouragement. Bit of a biology experiment here. Totally willing to journal the journey if any are interested in reading about how a broad shouldered dude turned himself into a 10k hill runner.
Respect.
