ibs and gear?

To start off I'm a newbie on this forum and I wanna say what's up! I have ibs and I wanted to know if gear is going to make it worse or better. Or if you could tell me what would be the best choice for this. I was wandering if anybody can give me some information on the subject.

Gear will most likely make it better depending upon what is causing the IBS.
