Ideal E2 level for muscle gain?

Ive kept my E2 at the 15-20 range for a couple years. My muscle and strength levels arent much better than when I had a total test level of 124(pre TRT). Recently I lowered my AI and I am gaining alot of strength and size in a hurry. What is the ideal E2 level for muscle gains?
 
Most guys like being in the 20-40pg/ml range. Some guys prefer letting it float a little higher especially if they are letting their TT run on the higher side. Play around with it and see what works for you.
 
Low Estradiol causes weakening of skeletal muscle.
Do what Mega recommend. Personally I don't see why you should go lower than 30/pg/ml
 
Hmmm... Isn't E2 level supposed to stay within a certain ratio range in correlation to your TT? I don't think it's about keeping E2 within a certain range, but more important to keep E2 levels within 1:14-1:20 of TT. For example, if your TT is 600, it'd be good to keep your E2 levels in between 30-42. If your TT is 600 and you drop your E2 to 20, you're at a 1:30 ratio, which can cause other sorts of problems. Check to see what your TT is and match your E2 in relation to TT.
