Ok just got out of one of My Exercise Science Classes and someone brought up steroid use and that if that person mainly in football injured someone that they should be criminaly liable... It didn't stop there. My teacher said ya its the roid rage that causes people to be able to hurt others. I argued that Roid rage is not a truth. And I explained the difference between steroid use and abuse and she said there is no difference. Everyone in the class besides a few others acted like i just set fire to a bible and pissed on it. I argued that there is no evidence that proper steroid use has no negitive effects if managed correctly. She again said there is no such thing as using steroids properly. OOOHHH the ignorence. If anyone has any literature backing the positives or nutrality of steroids I would love to go back to her office and drop the bomb on her. so if anyone has any literature they should email it to me at truck13@cyber-rights.net

I know Dougoe, but its frustrating...I haven't used but I'm not even close to being against it. I even read somewhere that the AMA or was it the FDA didn't even recomend that it be considered a controled/banned substance in the U.S. we just love to fight the war on "drugs"

mranak brings up a good point, there is no such thing as "proper use". The whole arguement is between our opinion of proper use and her opinion that there is no proper use. Same with the opposing views on religion, abortion, war, etc etc. You cant win, agree to disagree.

You further explained my point actually. Our opinion of proper use is along the lines of cycles used resposibly, using different compounds for muscle growth. A doctors opinion of proper use is to mimic the natural levels of testosterone/estrogen in the normal male body, that professors opinion is that there is no proper use, and the list goes on. We both know he wasnt talking about Hormone Replacement Therapy (HRT) when he made this thread.

It used to be anadrol but the doses the aids patients were prescribed were unreal. Oxandrlone(Anavar) is mainly used now, it's also used to trea some cancer patients. So far anavar has been a low risk very effective drug to treat a lot of people. The price reflects it. I would run anavar cycles for life if I could afford it.

Ask her to show you the bodies of the people killed by steroids...then offer to show her the thousands killed by alcohol each year..... The key is to get her to admit that what she knows about anabolics is what she learned from the media..then ask her if she believes everything she reads or hears in the media....such as things going on in Iraq, etc... then once again ask her to give you the names of people killed by steroids...
