hey guys, for the most part I've been lurking around the forums for sometime now reading article after article and trying to pick up on proper usage as much as I can. Needless to say I'm not looking to get big or compete for any medals or anything of that nature, I simply want to feel better and maintain a good feeling of strength about myself (losing it as I get a bit older). AGE:30
Height: 6"0
Weight: 180lbs
Body Fat: 8.1%
LBM: 165.3%
From previous questions and talks with a friend about my decision to give steroids a try he suggested something like this for my first cycle, however..I always like a second opinion.
week 1-12 (TEST) 600mg 2x per week @300mg
week 13-18 (clomid) 50mg 1x per day.
I would really like to keep things not so complicated. However, please inform me of any changes that I could make to benefit myself in a more healthier manner.
My Workout Schedule:
12hrs daily steel and concrete worker, which is why I need my lost strength back...just sayin..
On my 2 days off per week I do a pretty simple set of workout routines lasting a maximum of about 2hrs.
On another note, what kind of immediate effects would a cycle like this leave me with if I decided it was not for me and discontinued using after my first cycle? Please tell me I wouldn't end up with "Bitch Tits"...just saying not trying to offend anyone.
