Iron Man
hey.. this is most likely a stupid question .. but when it comes to food.. im not very smart... :S
lol n e ways.. i was just wondering if anyone knows of any websites that list things like .. what are good cuts of meat .. and what foods to avoid. i realize this is very broad range of answers here .. and i just woke up so i may be talking shit ..

but yeah, just looking for a site for reference.
 
I dont know of any sites per say, but here is a list of foods that can be incorperated into you diet:

Proteins:
Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breast
Tuna (water packed)
Fish (salmon, seabass, halibut)
Shrimp
Extra Lean Ground Beef or Ground Round (92-96%)
Protein Powder
Egg Whites or Eggs
Ribeye Steaks or Roast
Top Round Steaks or Roast (aka Stew Meat, London Broil, Stir Fry)
Top Sirloin (aka Sirloin Top Butt)
Beef Tenderloin (aka Filet, Filet Mignon)
Top Loin (NY Strip Steak)
Flank Steak (Sir Fry, Fajita)
Eye of Round (Cube Meat, Stew Meat, Bottom Round , 96% LeandGround Round)
