I want to shed some weight quickly, my maintenance is about 3300 calories. 6'4", 204lbs, 15% or so.

I have absolutely no problem eating only 1800 calories a day if it will help me shed the fat quicker without losing muscle.

I am running sustanon 250 right now, .6ml EOD, totaling 525mg/week.

I have been cutting about 3 weeks now, first week I was down from 213 to 206. The following 2 weeks I am down to 204, but look a lot leaner than 2lbs fat loss.
(2200 calories, 226g protein, 15g carbs, 137g fat)

Over those 2 weeks of only eating 2200 calories, I havent lost any strength in the gym.

Macro breakdown as of the last 2 days is roughly 1800 calories, 200g protein, 15g carbs, 100g fat.

Also at the 2 week mark I did a refeed with 3000 calories, 200g protein, 100g fat and the rest carbs.

The reason Im asking is because I would like to cut as much fat as I can during the end of this cycle, I have about 2 weeks left.

Hi,

I would recommend a deficit between 500-1000 calories tops but if you aren't losing any strength or muscle and you dont feel really hungry I think it's alright.

Micro-calibrate every week, if your weight loss seems to slow up, add calories. If your doing a re-feed once every 2 weeks though it shouldn't seem to be that much of a problem.

If you do want to speed up fat loss, add calories and do HIIT (High Intensity Interval Cardio) for 20-45 minutes.

Best bet is to post this on the Diet forum and ask 3J

Best of luck
Lloyd
