Is it OK to leave EQ sitting in BA without oil?

I added 1.5ml of BA to 10 gr EQ in a mixing vial, then let it sit there for an hour and a half while I sterilized my oil in the oven, and then let the oil cool. I then added the oil to the EQ/BA mixture, filtered into sterile vial, and baked.

Did I do any damage to the EQ by letting it sit in the BA without oil?
