Is it possible

Lets say i am 14 weeks out from competing. Is it possible to do a cycle of test,(say 10 weeks) eating clean, and use the last 4 weeks to ditch what fat is left and water out for a show. Or would you just consider test for bulking. My last test cycle I gained about 15lbs and looked about as I would 4 weeks out from a show. I wouldnt want to not get good gains from test because i would be on a pre-contest eating schedual.

hi juice is jus to retain muscle mass.. use it all the way thru.. use some letro or arimidex and u should be good.. add some Winstrol (winny) from weeks out.

adding some DHT derivate could be harsh at the end for some people.

if i was you i would prefer to help my system to metabolize my amino-acids with some plenty vitamins, water in good quantity.

but if you add Winstrol (winny) at the end, ther's a solid solution to help your boddy to solv the "sore joint effect"

My precontest diet usually is 7 meals a day each of around 6 oz lean meat, 50 grams of carbs, and around 1 cup of green veg. I dont eat carbs on the last meal and I usually use a shake for the protein on my first and last meal. I drop about 25-30 grams of carbs a day every 2 weeks until around 3 or 4 weeks out and after reevaluating the body i adjust for what i think is best. Its really not as many calories as it sound and doesnt seem as if its enough food while on cycle. On my last cycle I had the same eating schedual but ate twice as much. So i guess my question is would my normal precontest diet still work while getting the most out of the test?

yes i would concider it have to work. why not...

it seems enough i agree.
