is my test and deca still good?

Hey guys I ran a test and deca cycle about a year and a half ago. I ended up getting off due to having deca dick and not knowing what I was doing. Was told test needed to be 3 times more then the deca dose. Anyways in short I have 3 vials of test enth 250 and 2 vials of deca. Two of the test have been poked already a year and a half ago and have been in a drawer since jumping off. Any ideas on if these would still be good to take?

I'm on a sarm cycle atm and am in the process of figuring out my next aas cycle
 
Once found vermo's juice (poked half a year ago maybe) when was cleaning out my flat, it got lost somehow (guess i was hiding in from my ex), was lack of money so i decided to use it. maybe it lost potency, still worked.
 
If drawn from over a year ago, I would chuck it. Not worth the risk for something so cheap.

Sounds like you still need to do a lot more research on running a cycle. That test to deca ratio thing is old school. You need to learn about controlling estradiol and prolactin . And you shouldn't be using deca on your first cycle.

How old ate you? Height? Weight? Body fat %? Goals?
 
Actually I didn't disappear for some reason I wasn't subscribed to this tread.

I don't have a dealer anymore so only reason I was asking to see if I could save some of it. It was actually my second cycle I was dumb and did a test tren cycle the first time. Got Hella big but didn't know what I was doing. Obviously I was 2 2 lbs bigger and leaner then I am now lol.

I'm 24 years old, 189 lbs, around 12-13% bf. Right now goals on mg sarms triple stack is to get to 9-10% bf and hopefully hold that off for a month into my next cycle. I'm planning it not so I'm actually ready this time. I have nova, clomid, torem but they are all liquid. Last time coming off my cycles I relied on hcg and test boosters..
 
Chuck em. If they're unopened, no problem - but once you have added air full of bacteria, you're just taking an unnecessary risk imo.

This in bold ^^^^. You have exhibited by what you've done and by your Q's today that you don't know enough yet to cycle properly and safely. Sorry but that's the truth. Read the steroid profiles, read up on Estrogen and Prolactin. The use of an AI. etc...

With the shut down I experienced I wouldn't do it again till I had a solid plan. Lost a girl due to shut down and lost everything I gained. I'm starting my planning now months ahead of time. I'm looking into running a simple test enth eq cycle, hcgenerate during and end of cycle with clomid and torem. But before all of this I'm working on mastering my diet and being able to plan out my diet perfectly. Thanks for the advice guys and I'm not here to just milk information off of you guys. I have a log running for triple stack of sarms here. I'm new but excited to be here
 
Your attitude sounds good along with your intentions of learning more to add to what you already know. Stay on course of educating yourself most thoroughly in the use of aas like you plan with the diet. This will mean the difference in making gains of Lean Muscle Mass and just blowing up, only to deflate.

Remember with the continued training and eating the right kind and amount of calories is what will allow you to keep the LMM gains after your cycle is over. :)
 
Thank you very much! I've been working out for 4 years with the last year of not working out much at all due to having a baby. He's 5 months old now and I've been back to the 5-6. I was a little depressed seeing how weak I was but it seems strength and a bit of size dose come back pretty fast. I've been doing more reading and I really like the sound of low test around 300 and running mast at 800. My next cycle I want to be safe with little sides. I'm looking more into the fit body building look and not so much into the bouncer at a club look. The Diet is what's hard for me, what I notice is if I'm clean for a few days then cheat like a mofo I'm skinnier but if I eat clean all weak I end up not recovering, always tired not being able to wake up. Maybe my body loves carbs? All these things I don't know yet and makes me feel 3j would be worth the money
