Is sustanon 250 once per week enough?

if im stackin eq 400 per week is is sustanon 250 once enough or twice

Bodyfat is about 13.5
did 1 cycle before 200mg of deca per week and 40 mg of anavar ED

If you are going to do 400mg/wk of eq, id at least do 500mg/wk of the sustanon. Sustanon is suggested to be used e3d, but to make it easier, you can do Mon/Thur inject of 250mg, or Sun/Wed. 250wk sustanon is like testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) imo.
