Let me know if this makes sense for a guy on bulking gear

right after prepare- 7 eggs (4 whites 3 whole) can of tuna, bowl of shredded wheat with almond milk, an apple, 1/2 frozen banana & tbsp peanut butter.

10am, tuna sandwich, 50g broccoli, 1/2 apple, single scoop protein shake, tbsp peanut butter

12:00 (noon) 220g chicken breast, 250g sweet potato with 1 tbsp canola oil on it, steamed broccoli.

3h pm, tuna sandwich, 50g broccoli, 1/2 apple, single scoop protein shake, tbsp peanut butter

5h30pm, 220g chicken breast, 250g sweet potato with 1 tbsp canola oil on it, steamed broccoli.

8h30pm, can of tuna with tbsp EVOO, can of chicken chunks, single scoop protein shake raw broccoli, raw cauliflower, 6-7 baby carrots, 1/2 green bell pepper, 2 celeri sticks, 1/3 a cucumber.

10h20 pm, 2 scoop casein shake, tbsp peanut butter, 6-7 almonds.

then bed.

I eat this pretty much every day lol... sometimes switch chicken for fish or steak, protein shakes are always with water, I'm 22 yo 6'2 tall and 210 lbs, 8-9% bf. currently on dbol 40mg ED, test E 500mg/wk, EQ 600mg/wk & 25mg proviron ED...

let me know what you think and ways/if I can improve to gain serious size...

Thanks

Hey, thanks for telling me about the shakes, I switch them with a can of tuna or can of chunk chicken instead, I really don't know much about macros and calorie intake, I just did trial and error untill I found a meal plan that doesn't make me gain fat and I don't lose any mass either, basically maintenance like you guys said. I'm getting the internet at my house real soon (because I moved and didn't get it installed yet & I'll have more time to look into the diet when I do, because now I' using a friend's computer...
